✨ Healing Through Connection
For Neurodivergent Women and Horse–Human Partnerships

💫 Our Mission at The Neurodivergent Herd
At The Neurodivergent Herd, my mission is to support the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of both humans and horses—through gentle, meaningful connections that honour authenticity and sensitivity in us all.
Many equine programs still approach horses with control in mind—focusing on training or riding. But here, things are different. I honour both horse and human as feeling beings with rich inner worlds.
I welcome you exactly as you are—and horses are free to show up as themselves too.
This space isn’t about doing or fixing. It’s about being. About stepping into the quiet world of horses, where movement is free, emotions are welcome, and nothing is forced.
🐴 Why Horses?
Words can’t fully explain what it’s like to be with a horse who is at liberty—completely free. Horses are sensitive prey animals, deeply aware of the energy around them. Their nervous systems respond quickly and naturally, releasing tension through movement, breath, and connection.
Humans tend to hold onto stress. But horses show us another way. Just by being with them—without needing to ride—we begin to feel shifts in our own bodies, minds, and hearts.

🧠 Why There’s No Riding
You might wonder, “If I’m not riding, what’s the point?”
Here’s the thing: horses are so much more than something to sit on. When we take away the expectation of performance, we create space for real connection. On the ground, horses are free to express themselves—and we can meet them in a place of mutual trust, curiosity, and calm.
That’s where the magic happens.
🌬 Connection & Coregulation
Horses feel safest when they’re in sync with those around them. They’re brilliant at tuning into energy, rhythm, and nervous system shifts. They show us what it means to feel the world, rather than think our way through it.
When we’re with horses—especially when they’re free to move and be themselves—we begin to notice our own breath, body tension, and emotional state. They help us come back to centre, without saying a word.
🐎 Every Horse Matters. Every Neurodivergent Woman Matters.
In many equine spaces, a horse’s worth is based on what they can do. But not here. My horses - like me don’t “fit” the usual mould—and yet, they are full of wisdom, softness, and strength.
And the same is true for you.
Here, your worth isn’t defined by productivity, performance, or fitting in. You are valued for being you. For showing up. For being curious. For exploring your own way of connecting and healing.
This is a place where it’s safe to be different, safe to feel deeply, and safe to find your own rhythm—with the gentle guidance of horses by your side.
If any of this speaks to you, you are so welcome here.
Come as you are. Leave as more of who you are.
With warmth,
Chonti 🤎
