🌿Sensory-Friendly Healing with Horses for Neurodivergent Women, ND Parents and Sensitive Horse Owners 🌿

Welcome to The Neurodivergent Herd
A sanctuary for neurodivergent women and parents of neurodivergent children — where you can rest, regulate, and return to yourself.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need another strategy, behaviour chart, or mindset plan.
You just need somewhere to breathe.
At The Neurodivergent Herd, I offer a quiet, soul-deep space for people who feel like they’re always “on.”
People who are tired of masking. Tired of holding it all together. Tired of being misunderstood.
Whether you’ve just discovered your neurodivergence or have known for years, this is a place where you don’t have to explain yourself.
Through the gentle presence of horses, the grounding of nature, and the emotional safety of mindful support — you’re invited to rest. To soften. To just be.
You’re not too much.
You’ve just been carrying too much.
And here, you can finally let some of it down.

Who I Hold Space For
Neurodivergent women (diagnosed or self-identified)
Mothers of neurodivergent children
Those recovering from emotional burnout or sensory overwhelm
Anyone seeking emotional reset, nervous system support, or reconnection with self through horse-led, trauma-informed, heart-centred care
Where This Takes Place
My in-person sessions are held in a peaceful rural location in Cheshire West and Chester. Full address is shared upon booking.
I also offer online sessions for those further away — you’re welcome here, no matter your location or energy levels.

Are You a Sensitive Horse Owner?🌿 Is This for You?
Have you ever felt:
-
Like something’s “off” between you and your horse?
-
That you’re carrying stress, anxiety, or emotions that won’t shift?
-
That traditional approaches just don’t go deep enough?
-
Connected is a gentle way to find peace, clarity, and connection—
whether you come with your horse, or simply come as you are.
